Return Summary
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, and items must be shipped back within 15 days. Free return shipping applies, except for remote areas* where additional charges may apply.
- Packaging & Accessories: Accessories must remain unopened, and original packaging must be retained for returns. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or impact refunds.
- Fees: A 1% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds. Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please Note: Remote areas* include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, and Palau. This also includes military addresses such as Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Cancellations are permitted, with a full refund provided.
- After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
- Refusal of Delivery: Refusing delivery will lead to a deduction of double the shipping fee from the original payment.
Returns (Machines Only; Accessories Non - Returnable)
- Free Return Period: A 10 - day trial period is offered, with free return shipping (excluding remote areas). To initiate a return, contact support@moprobo.com within 10 days of receipt to obtain a free shipping label. Orders older than 10 days from purchase are ineligible for returns.
- Return Shipping Timeline: Ship items back within 5 days of receiving the shipping label via the nearest FedEx location. A 10% late shipping fee will apply to orders sent after this 5 - day window. For special circumstances, contact support@moprobo.com promptly.
- Post - Shipment Returns: If returning a shipped order, first accept delivery, then email support@moprobo.com for instructions.
- Packaging Requirement: Original machine packaging must be returned. Failure to comply may result in additional packaging fees, and damaged machines (due to improper packaging) may affect refunds.
- Quality - Related Returns: For quality issues, a full refund or free replacement will be provided within 30 days of receipt.
Return Process & Refund Timeline
- Return Initiation: Contact our support team at support@moprobo.com, providing purchase proof (e.g., invoice). You’ll receive packaging and shipping instructions, ensuring all components are included.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving returned items at our warehouse. You’ll be notified via email when the refund is issued. If no refund is received after 14 business days, contact support@moprobo.com.
- Deductions: A 1% restocking fee and original shipping fees (non - refundable) will be deducted from refunds.
