For products within the warranty period, if damage occurs due to manufacturing process or components under normal usage conditions as confirmed by our company's repair personnel,you will receive free warranty service.

The entire machine (except battery and motor) and Charging base are guaranteed for 2 years,motor and battery are guaranteed for 1 year.

Consumables such as tanktype, Cleaning formulas, and Magic Wands are not coverd by the warranty.

The user must provide a purchase invoice and valid proof of purchase, which will be verified by moprobo's after-service warranty center before processing the warranty claim.

Shipping cost for warranty service will be covered by moprobo, except for international shipping, transfer logistics costs, tarriffs, and related expenses, which will be borne by the user.

(1)Replaced parts within the warranty scope belong to moprobo and will be recycled and disposed of.

(2)Consumable accessories sold separately are not coverd by the guaranteed.

(3)If national laws stipulate a longer period than promised in the manual, the national law will prevail.

The following situations are not covered by free warranty service, but can be subject to paid repair:

(1)Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by the consumer, or by using nongenuine accessories.

(2)Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly by personnel not authorized by moprobo.

(3)No valid warranty certificate and invoice or the warranty period has expired.

(4)The warranty certificate model does not match the repaired product model or has been altered.

(5)Damage caused by natural disasters, accidental factors, or other force majeure events.
