1. How long will it ship after purchase?
When your order is successfully paid for, it will normally be issued for you within 48 hours. There will be delays in case of weekends or holidays.
If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, it may cause the transportation time to become longer. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Is it possible to update or cancel my order?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, the order can be updated and cancelled for free. You can contact us at support@moprobo.com
If the goods have already been shipped, you need to send them back on your own initiative after you receive them. Only after we receive the goods and confirm that everything is correct can we cancel the order and issue a refund.
3. Is it possible to change the shipping address when the order is paid for successfully?
Sorry, it cannot be changed. So please make sure that the address you filled in is correct before placing an order.
4. Which logistics company does your transportation service come from?
We currently work with three logistics companies: FedEx Ground/ FedEx Ground Economy/ USPS.
We will match you with the most suitable logistics transportation service according to your region, but we do not support the specified logistics service.
5. In case the package is lost or damaged, who will bear the loss?
1. If you haven't purchased the CAREBOX Package Protection cover, the purchaser will bear the loss.
2. If you have purchased the CAREBOX Package Protection cover, CAREBOX will bear the loss.

When moprobo products return and warranty due to quality problems, the Courier costs will be borne by moprobo, please keep the payment voucher and contact us for reimbursement;
When moprobo products are due to your personal reasons for return and warranty, the delivery costs will be borne by you personally. Thank you for your understanding.

1. How long can the floor washer be used after filling the clean water tank once?
After filling the clean water tank once, it can be used for about 45 minutes.
The sewage tank needs to be cleaned about every 20 minutes before continuing cleaning.
2. How to charge moprobo?
After the base station is connected to the power supply, push the machine into the base station to start charging. The entire charging process takes about 2 to 3 hours.
3. How often do all parts need to be replaced?
About Magic Wand:
It is recommended to replace the magic wand every 1-2 weeks, and a box of magic wand (10) can be used for about 3-5 months.
About Cleaning Formula:
One bottle of our cleaning formula lasts for about 20 uses. Simply use one capful (around 25ml) of the cleaner with 1 liter of water.
About TankType:
The TankType is strong, durable and easy to maintain. It only needs to be replaced once a year.
4. Is moprobo noisy when it is running for cleaning?
When moprobo is running, it is extremely low in noise, similar to the decibel level of raindrops or boiling water. You can safely clean the floor even when children and pets are sleeping.

After lying flat at 180°, the height is about 14cm. There is no need to worry about the dead corners under the sofa and bed anymore.
